For those of us who have survived the ups and the downs of the real estate market, we have a few more changes in the pipe to take place in April 2011. Primarily for the appraisal industry, the Dodd-Frank Act which will sunset the unpopular Home Valuation Code of Conduct, or better known as HVCC.
